Using Provevia

Terms of Use

These terms govern your account, the free monthly allowance, Pro subscriptions, and use of the Provevia app and website.

Effective August 17, 2026

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Provevia, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If these terms conflict with the Apple EULA, the Apple EULA controls where required.

2. The service

Provevia helps users record work, attach supporting information, and create professional reports. The app is a documentation tool; it does not verify that work was performed, provide professional advice, or guarantee that a report will satisfy a particular contract, regulator, insurer, or court.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, protect your device and account credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity through your account. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement.

4. Free allowance

A free account may create up to 10 jobs per UTC calendar month. Each new job creation counts, including a duplicated job. Editing an existing job does not count as a new job. Deleting a job does not reduce or restore the monthly count. Unfinished server reservations normally expire after a short period and do not permanently consume an allowance.

An internet connection is required when starting a new job so the allowance can be checked. Existing local jobs and reports may remain available offline.

5. Pro subscriptions

Provevia offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Current prices, billing periods, and any introductory offer are displayed on the App Store purchase screen before you confirm payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.

  • The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel the subscription in iOS Settings or your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the paid period expires.
  • Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Apple under App Store rules.
  • Purchase restoration requires the Apple ID used for the original purchase and a signed-in Provevia account.

Pro access currently removes the monthly job-creation limit. We may change future features or pricing, but price changes are handled through Apple’s required notice and consent processes.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of job information and reports you create. You grant Provevia only the limited rights necessary to operate requested device functions and support services. You are responsible for having permission to collect, store, photograph, sign for, or share information about customers, properties, and work.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, bypass quotas or subscriptions, reverse engineer where prohibited, upload or share unlawful material, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use Provevia to create deceptive or fraudulent proof. We may restrict service access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or legal compliance.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Provevia reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Mobile platforms, network access, and third-party services may affect availability. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and active subscription obligations.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Provevia is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Provevia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Provevia in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

10. Termination and account deletion

You may stop using Provevia or request account deletion in the app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately through Apple. It also does not reset the current month’s free allowance. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.

11. Contact and changes

Questions about these terms may be sent to support@provevia.com. We may update these terms and will provide notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
