1. Scope
This policy explains how Provevia (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use the Provevia iOS app, website, and support services.
2. Information stored only on your device
Job details, customer names, addresses, notes, checklist items, photos, signatures, business-profile information, and generated PDF reports are stored locally on your device. Provevia does not upload this job content to our servers.
Local information remains until you delete the relevant jobs or remove the app and its data. Your device backups may retain a copy according to your Apple iCloud or device-backup settings.
3. Information we process
- Account information: email address, authentication provider, and an internal user identifier when you create or use an account.
- Authentication data: secure session tokens used to keep you signed in. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to us in plain text.
- Usage allowance records: a randomly generated job identifier, reservation/creation status, timestamp, and monthly creation total. These records confirm that a job was created; they do not contain job content.
- Purchase information: subscription product, entitlement status, renewal/expiration status, transaction references, and purchase-related events needed to unlock Pro features and restore purchases.
- Support communications: information you choose to include when contacting support.
4. How information is collected and used
Information is collected when you create an account, sign in with Apple, Google, or email, reserve or create a job, start or restore a subscription, delete your account, or contact support. We use it to authenticate you, enforce the monthly free allowance, provide subscription access, prevent abuse, answer support requests, and maintain service security.
We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
5. Service providers
We use carefully selected providers to operate Provevia:
- Supabase for account authentication and the server-side quota ledger.
- RevenueCat for subscription entitlement and purchase-status processing.
- Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, device services, and payment administration.
- Google when you choose Google sign-in.
- Cloudflare for this website, DNS, security, and support-email routing.
These providers process information only to supply their services under their own contractual and privacy obligations. We require providers we control to use appropriate security and data-protection measures. Provevia contains no advertising SDK or ad network.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and subscription records are retained while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, legal, and accounting purposes. Support messages are retained only as needed to resolve and document the request.
You can request account deletion from the app. Identifiable account data is deleted or anonymised subject to legal obligations. To prevent repeated account deletion from resetting the free allowance, Provevia may retain an irreversible salted hash of your sign-in identity and non-content usage totals. This cannot be used to read your email address or job content. Local job content is controlled separately on your device.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, encrypted connections, secure credential storage, and restricted database permissions. No service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process information in countries other than your own while applying appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Children
Provevia is a business productivity service and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
9. Your choices and rights
You may review account details in the app, manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID settings, withdraw optional permissions in iOS Settings, delete local job content, or request account deletion. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information.
10. Contact and changes
For privacy questions or requests, email support@provevia.com. We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
